The Business Services Office schedules temporary use of University facilities (except Alumni Center, Memorial Union, MU Student Center, Bond Life Sciences Center and Athletic Facilities) for times other than regularly scheduled classes and evening group exams. These include (but are not limited to): Weekdays after 5:30 p.m., weekends, holidays and intersessions.
Reservations for academic buildings for events during the day are handled through the Office of the University Registrar, 125 Jesse Hall. Refer to their email:

Following is information regarding the use of facilities not scheduled by our office.
Reservations for Missouri Unions and the Student Center are made through Missouri Unions, 2202 MU Student Center, (573)884-8793
Reynolds Alumni Center
Reservations for the Reynolds Alumni Center and the Old Alumni Center (adjacent to the A. L. Gustin Golf Course) are made through the University Club office, 107 Reynolds Alumni Center, (573)882-2586.
Student Recreation Center
Reservations for the old Rothwell Gym, Brewer Fieldhouse, Stankowski, Epple, and Hinkson Creek fields are scheduled through Recreation Services & Facilities, 213 Rothwell Gymnasium, (573)884-2443.
Bond Life Sciences Center
Contact the coordinator at (573)884-1782 for reservations, including all conference rooms, Monsanto Auditorium, the McQuinn Atrium. An online application is available here.
Process for Submitting Requests
Requests for the use of University facilities must be submitted by visiting our on-line request
https://25Live.collegenet.com/missouri. You must have a valid University pawprint in order to submit requests.
Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to event otherwise you will need to contact our office at 573-882-7255 or email us at
Student organizations requesting facilities must be recognized by Student Life and be in good-standing as per the OrgSync website https://orgsync.com/login/university-of-missouri/. Requests must be submitted by the President or Vice-President of the organization.
Requests for our outside facilities may require additional information prior to approval of the event.
Process for Confirming and Event
The event and the location (s) are not confirmed until you have received an email confirmation from our office. Please keep a copy of that email for your records.
Requests are on a first-come, first-served basis only. Please allow at least 3 business days for requests to be processed.
Requests for classrooms cannot be confirmed until evening classes and exams are scheduled by the Office of Registrar, so all requests remain in the queue until rooms have been scheduled for classes. This typically occurs 2-4 weeks prior to the start of the semester.
If you need to make changes, please cancel the request and re-submit a new request with the updated information.
Once confirmed the event is published to the calendar for the University Police and Campus Facilities for locking/unlocking purposes.
Persons granted use of University buildings are warned not to add or remove anything therein without the approval of the Business Services Office. This applies to changes in wiring, the setting of scenery, decorations, furniture, etc.
